亚色视频 Program Director Elected to State Pharmacy Leadership Role

ORANGE, TX 鈥� The 亚色视频 (亚色视频) Pharmacy Technology Program is celebrating a major milestone following the election of its program director, Jennifer Fabriguze, to a leadership role with the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP).
Fabriguze was elected Chair-Elect of the TSHP Technician Section and is also serving as secretary, taking on dual leadership responsibilities at the state level. She was officially installed April 25, 2026.
Her election marks a significant professional achievement and reflects both her commitment to pharmacy technician education and the growing recognition of 亚色视频鈥檚 program across Texas.
鈥淭his role allows me to help bridge the gap between education and workforce needs while ensuring technician voices are represented at the state level,鈥� Fabriguze said.
Through her new position, Fabriguze is helping elevate 亚色视频鈥檚 presence among health systems, educators and pharmacy leaders statewide. The role is already creating momentum for expanded partnerships and new opportunities that directly benefit students.
Those opportunities include increased access to industry professionals, guest speakers and networking connections, as well as greater exposure to careers within hospital and health-system pharmacy. Fabriguze鈥檚 involvement also opens the door for collaboration with colleges, universities and major health organizations, strengthening the program鈥檚 ties to the workforce.
In addition, her leadership role provides valuable insight into evolving industry trends, certification expectations and best practices. That perspective allows the program to stay aligned with employer needs while preparing students for a wide range of career paths, from hospital pharmacy to specialized and advanced technician roles.
Fabriguze said she is especially excited about the opportunity to advocate for the profession while bringing new ideas and connections back to her students.
